QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in Human Resources or Labor Relations.
- Critical competencies.
- Communication skills.
- Empathy for resolving labor or administrative issues.
- 80% English proficiency.
- Proficient in TRESS system, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Knowledge of quality system concepts and EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) management systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for maintaining employee files, records, insurance information, and accurately completing worker forms and documentation.
- Organizes and coordinates activities with employees, schedules, events, as well as HR metrics, listings, etc.
- Responsible for running reports on various HR metrics and analyzing information for presentation.
- Creates and generates reports for the Human Resources department and plant management using TRESS, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other tools.
- Maintains informational supplies for the department, such as orientation materials, onboarding and benefits information, and termination documentation.
- Capable of delivering executive presentations in English and taking responsibility for training plans and programs. Able to plan, coordinate, and deliver trainings to general personnel, enter training-related information (DC3) into the TRESS system, and conduct audits required by the STPS (Mexican Ministry of Labor).
- Aids employees and supplies information on company policies upon request.
- Supports HR team members with employee-related activities such as onboarding interviews, disciplinary actions, terminations, and personnel file updates.
- Maintains a clean, safe, and professional work area and equipment. Employees are expected to follow applicable safety rules.
