Position Summary
As a Customer Success Tech Intern, you will support our Customer Success team by contributing to the implementation and support of our retail technology solutions. You will assist in collecting, analyzing, and organizing technical and customer data, gaining hands-on experience with SaaS platforms and cloud computing. This role is ideal for students with a strong interest in retail IT and technology who are eager to develop practical skills while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve our products and services.

Preferred Experience
- Modern web development experience, including application of HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and various JS frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue. JS.
- Ability to use code versioning tools like Git, SVN, etc.
- Software development experience with Java. C++, or similar
- SQL
Responsibility
1. Assist the Customer Success Managers with monitoring customers' environments, reporting, building up, and configuring new customers' system files.
2. Capture customers’ issues/defects and work with the teams on resolutions. Follow up on open defects.
3. Participate in the design, implementation, and maintenance of new customer environments supporting a variety of applications. Work with the product team and stakeholders to help with existing requirements, adhere to timelines, and meet deliverables.
4. Collaborate with senior analysts and cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements specific to retail IT systems.
5. Assist in data collection, cleansing, and analysis using various tools and methodologies to support retail operations.
6. Assist in testing and validating retail IT systems and data models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
7. Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders focused on retail solutions.
8. Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions to provide technical input and support decision-making in retail-focused projects.
