Maroma, A Belmond Hotel, is looking for a visionary Director of Food & Beverage to elevate our culinary offerings and lead our dedicated team towards excellence. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and operational management of all food and beverage outlets within our luxurious property.
We expect you to drive innovation in menu design, enhance guest experiences, and sustain high-quality service across all platforms. Your extensive knowledge of the latest trends in the luxury dining sector will be essential as you collaborate with chefs and staff to deliver unforgettable culinary experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative F&B strategies that reflect Belmond's dedication to quality and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee operational efficiency and quality control across all F&B outlets.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and forecasting to meet company goals.
• Lead talent development initiatives to cultivate a motivated and skilled F&B team.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
• Foster relationships with key suppliers and industry partners to enhance our offerings.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements:
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years in a senior F&B management position within a luxury environment.
• Demonstrated experience in financial management and budgeting.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Innovative mindset with a passion for gastronomy and guest experiences.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
