The function of the Customer Service Agent is to be a link between the customer and our Company, ensuring the customer's value and providing a greater experience.
Focus is always assured while working with our sales and shipping teams to ensure time and efficiency in our clients' delivery process.
*** This is not a Call Center, is a Distribution center > Not a sales position<, It's a Customer service role, assisting customers through phone calls and Emails,
helping them with inquiries related to their orders, order process, order follow-up, cancellation, and troubleshooting.***
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- His main functions are to assist customers through phone calls and e-mails.
Confirm order shipping date, location, time for delivery, and other inquiries, regarding his order.
Write proforma invoices Communicate discrepancies with customer orders (credit, MOQ, price, locations, number of products)
Make sure orders are shipped; if not, verify why and when they will ship.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree preferable, Unfinished ok, High school / Preparatoria - is a must.
Experience in customer service (Industry preferable/ Call Center Acceptable)
Good communication skills are needed for this position. (no slang)
Fluent in English is a requirement for this position (spoken/written).
Computer skills required. MacOS user level (preferable)
No transportation issues - have your car (preferable).
