Take the Lead with These Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 20 direct reports and oversee a broader organization of 400 people within the plant.
- Drive quality performance across manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with global standards and customer expectations.
- Implement and sustain problem-solving methodologies such as A3 and 8D to address systemic issues and improve processes.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Industrialization, Plant Staff, and Global Quality teams to align strategies and resolve cross-functional challenges.
- Support and lead quality aspects of line transfers, new product introductions, and departmental implementations.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging your experience in operations, incoming quality, and process development.
Skills and Capabilities for Your Success
- Proven leadership experience managing large teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong command of quality tools and methodologies (A3, 8D, root cause analysis, etc.).
- Experience across multiple quality functions such as operations, continuous improvement, incoming inspection, and quality systems implementation.
- Ability to influence and manage diverse stakeholders across local and global teams.
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capabilities.
- Experience with line transfers or similar complex operational transitions is highly desirable.

Key Qualifications for Thriving
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing quality roles, with progressive leadership responsibilities.
- Deep knowledge of quality systems, standards, and tools (ISO, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Experience in leading cross-functional projects and managing change effectively.
