Outbound Outreach Agent

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Outbound Outreach Specialist to join our remote team. This role involves engaging with warm leads and potential clients through strategic outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM (CST)
- Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM CST (alternate weeks)
- Alternate Week Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM, No Saturday
As the first point of contact, you will initiate conversations, gauge interest, and set up next steps with professionalism and precision. If you enjoy communication, follow-ups, and tools like Go High Level and LinkedIn, this could be a great fit for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate warm outbound calls to engage with prospective clients
- Send follow-up emails and LinkedIn messages to nurture interest and progress conversations
- Utilize Go High Level (GHL) to manage leads, tasks, and automate sequences
- Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria and collect pertinent information
- Schedule appointments or hand off leads to the advisory/sales team
- Track all activities and interactions in the CRM
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize outreach strategies

What We're Looking For
This role requires clear communication, a strong structure, and tech-savviness. Ideal candidates will have:
- Fluent English (spoken and written): Natural, professional, and confident in communication
- Strong phone presence: Comfortable engaging new prospects, adapting your tone, and staying calm under pressure
- Professional writing skills: Ability to craft polished and effective emails
- Experience with LinkedIn and Facebook for outreach: Skilled at searching, messaging, and following up without sounding robotic
- Hands-on experience with Go High Level: Familiarity with contact management, automation, and pipeline tracking
- Self-motivated and organized: Dependable, independent, and detail-oriented in a remote setting
Bonus Points
- Knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly Indexed Universal Life (IUL)
- Previous experience in outbound lead generation, appointment setting, or sales support
- Familiarity with CRMs such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce
