Launched in Vietnam in 2020, Jeff has grown into a 40+ people team across 6 countries.To date, we have helped 10+ million customers in Vietnam, Philippines, Mexico, Colombia and others to compare more than 100 million of financial products.
As we enter the next phase in our journey, we are looking for an Affiliate Manager.You'll foster our relationships with our affiliate network - you’ll drive success for us and our partners, and will collaborate on cross-functional efforts to maximize lead volumes and ROI.

You will be responsible for:
- Affiliate Management Develop, manage, and optimize our affiliate marketing program to align with our strategic goals and support long-term growth in our markets in LatAm, like Colombia, Mexico and others. Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with new affiliates. Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to maximize affiliate performance.
- Tracking and Analytics Set up and manage postback URLs, tracking pixels, and other necessary tracking mechanisms. Use Affise and Tableau to track and analyze affiliate performance. Generate regular performance reports and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Strategic Planning Collaborate with the marketing team to align affiliate marketing efforts with the overall marketing strategy. Develop promotional strategies and marketing campaigns to increase affiliate engagement and performance. Stay tuned with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Communication and Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliates, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure aligned marketing efforts. Negotiate affiliate agreements, commission structures, and promotional deals.
The requirements:
- Proficiency in English & Spanish (both written and spoken).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the fintech industry and within emerging markets, with strong local market knowledge and connections.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing affiliate programs.
- Experience with affiliate tracking platforms, particularly Affise, and familiarity with analytical tools such as Tableau.
- Experience in setting up and managing postbacks and tracking pixels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
