Job Description
To accelerate the growth of AliExpress Mexico’s affiliate program by scaling high-performing partnerships, optimizing ROI, and establishing AliExpress as a preferred platform for top-tier publishers and influencers in Mexico. This role will directly drive revenue, expand market reach, and ensure strategic alignment with global affiliate marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Affiliate.Program Expansion
Develop and execute a scaled-up affiliate strategy to double the current network size and performance within 12–18 months.
Identify and onboard high-performing publishers/influencers across key verticals (e.g., e-commerce, lifestyle, tech) in Mexico.
Negotiate and manage exclusive partnerships to secure competitive commissions and market dominance.
Performance Optimization & Analytics
Monitor KPIs to identify trends and optimize underperforming campaigns.
Provide data-driven insights to affiliates to improve their ROI and align with AliExpress’s product offerings.
Relationship Management & Community Building
Build and maintain a trusted, collaborative community with affiliates, partners and influencers through regular communication (webinars, AMAs, 1:1 check-ins).
Address affiliate queries proactively and resolve conflicts to ensure long-term retention.
Create a feedback loop between affiliates and internal teams (marketing, product, customer service) to improve platform usability.
Market Intelligence & Innovation
Stay ahead of Mexico’s affiliate and influencer trends (e.g., TikTok Shop, short-form video, regional content preferences).
Analyze competitors to identify gaps and replicate successful strategies.
Propose and launch innovative campaigns (e.g., holiday promotions, exclusive deals) tailored to Mexican audiences.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate with global teams to align with AliExpress’s international strategy.
Work with the marketing team to integrate affiliate efforts with broader campaigns.
Position Requirement
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years in affiliate marketing, influencers and partnerships, preferably in Latin America, with a proven track record of scaling programs.
Deep understanding of CPS (Cost Per Sale) models, publisher ecosystems, and influencer partnerships.
Experience managing large-scale affiliate networks.
Skills & Competencies.
Negotiation & Sales: Strong closing skills to secure top-tier affiliates and favorable terms.
Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish (Mexican) and English (written and spoken).
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with partners at all levels.
Sharp market insight and business acumen, adept at identifying and seizing market opportunities.
Effective project management skills, capable of collaborating acros
Cultural & Market Knowledge
Deep understanding of Mexico’s digital landscape, including social media trends, consumer behavior, and regulatory environment.
Familiarity with local influencers, publishers, and media platforms (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Facebook).
