As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will ensure the achievement of strategic goals according to the delivery plan established by management. This will be accomplished through the management of operational staff and the efficient use of resources via operational excellence systems, quality management, and EHS standards.

You will manage operational staff according to established procedures
Ensure compliance with KPIs & KBIs
Promote a workplace culture aligned with organizational values
Manage, control, and guarantee all operational resources according to area demands across different shifts
Administer personnel based on the established staffing plan using platforms assigned by our company (WorkDay/Kronos/PeoplePulse)
Sustain operational excellence systems and tools.
Analyze performance data, reports, and prepare weekly and monthly presentations for supervisors, managers, and directors
Develop projects aligned with Lean Manufacturing
Ensure regulatory compliance, manage training courses, and work with EHS.
Follow global processes to meet EHS standards
Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Bachelor's in Business Administration, or related
3 years of experience in inventory management (warehouse knowledge and preferably Lean Manufacturing)
Basic English proficiency
Availability for occasional travel
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Desirable knowledge of Oracle, WMS, and OTM
