Main responsibilities of position
1. Take full control of warehouse running
2. Checking the daily work of warehouse keeper and folk lift driver, ensure all raw material and end products FIFO , make regular inspection
3. Assignment and trace task pace, complete the improvement for morning meeting of customer proposal
4. Continuous optimize the Quality, Safety & 5S management standard of warehouse, efficient multiparty communication
5. Trace the KPI quota of warehouse running cooperation with customers friendly, keep good relationship with customer, meet reasonable requirements of customers propose
6. Review the stocktaking process, ensure the accuracy of inventory meets the customer's requirements
7. Division of labour for the team, effective control, undertaking team building, reasonable division within team, training and promote the ability of subordinates.
8. Manage the equipment usage & maintenance in the warehouse to achieve the maximum operation efficiency & cost efficiency.
9. Communicate with subordinates regularly, acquire their ideas in a timely, keeping the warehouse running well, increase the collective cohesion .
10. Base on project situation deciding the organization structure, formulate staff composition, guide and compilation operation procedure work instruction, continuous improvement operation procedure and work instruction

2、Work experience
More than 5 years work experience of warehouse management
3、Ability and competency
l Proven tracking records of warehouse management in industrial/automotive logistics, E-commerce logistics experience will be a plus
l Good communication skill with customers
l High sense of service, be able to work under pressure
l Rigorous logical thinking ability, learning ability, expression capability and management capability
l Good computer application ability, proficient in using MS OFFICE software
l Work independently, independently solving difficulty problem, strong organization coordination ability, adaptability
l Excellent customer service ethics, working patient and carefully, team spirit
l Comprehensive knowledge and concept of warehousing management

Fluent English
