Your new role
As a UI/UX Designer, you will be working to support the Experience Operations Content Management and Production team in facilitating the decomposition of digital experiences and enhancement of the Design System. By leveraging their expertise in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design, this individual contributes to the evolution of the Design System, ensuring that it remains contemporary, user-friendly, and aligned with the latest industry standards. Some of your specific responsibilities will be:
Support the UX Architect in maintaining and evolving the Novo Nordisk UI Toolkit across 50+ brands.- Apply design system principles and Figma best practices to enhance the UI Toolkit.
- Build, design, refactor, and release components within the UI Toolkit using the latest Figma innovations.
- Deliver comprehensive design specifications to technology teams for implementation in code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, technology) to optimise existing components.
- Ensure the UI Toolkit is scalable and consistent across current and future brand applications.

Your skills and qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who possesses:
Must have:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 3–5 years in design and at least 2 years using Figma within a design system.
- Experience designing for omnichannel experiences and understanding modular content workflows.
- Skilled in agile environments and tools like ADO, Jira, Confluence, and Adobe Workfront.
- Advanced English proficiency and strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills across cross-functional teams.
Nice to have:
- Detail-oriented, self-starter with a deep understanding of content operations and project management best practices.
