Position overview: The UX writer will be responsible for crafting user-centric content that delivers an accessible, clear, and persuasive digital experience to drive customers towards their goals. This role will involve determining key messages for digital interfaces, aligning them with client brand's voice and tone guidelines. Additionally, the position will actively engage with customers to understand their needs, pain points, and insights, ensuring that the design solutions are human-centered and striking a balance between customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
- Responsibilities: Understand and grasp the business needs
- Identify customer needs using user research methodologies
- Actively collaborate in creating cross-cutting content definitions and guidelines, documenting in the glossary, style guides, voice, and tone
- Design the product experience across multiple devices and interfaces, following UX and design principles and guidelines
- Test and iterate quickly and efficiently to gain insights and make incremental improvements to the products
- Ensure, together with the UXD, ideation, collaboration, and design of new user-centered experiences for product development
- Ensure that the developed solution aligns with the design
- Monitor the digital product experience
- Represent the user's viewpoint in prioritizing User Stories (US)
- Share insights about research and design flow with the UX team
- Conduct research to inform content decisions and improve usability
- Write clear copy for web and mobile apps, onboarding flows, error messages, and notifications
- Requirements: Proven experience as a UX Writer or Content Strategist
- A degree in Sociology, Publicity, Journalism, or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in UX Writing with expertise in qualitative and quantitative methods
- Strong portfolio of user-centric writing for digital products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with UX design principles and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Basic knowledge in Google Analytics
- Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus)
Nice to have: Experience with UX tools (e.g., Figma, Maze, Medallia) and content management systems
