Profile Overview:
- We are looking for a Telesales Executive to promote Yanolja Cloud hotel solutions in the Mexican market.
- The role involves contacting potential clients, explaining product benefits, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to hotels, and hospitality businesses.
- Promote Yanolja Cloud solutions and schedule product demos.
- Manage and convert leads from Webinar, cold-calls and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records using HubSpot and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer experience.
Key Competencies:
- Effective Communication & Persuasion – Ability to confidently interact with hospitality clients in Spanish (and English), deliver clear product messaging, and influence decision-making.
- Sales & Negotiation Skills – Demonstrated capability to generate leads, handle objections, negotiate effectively, and drive conversions to meet monthly sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management – Skilled in building trust, maintaining long-term client relationships, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Tech Savviness & CRM Proficiency – Comfortable using HubSpot and other sales tools for lead management, reporting, and maintaining accurate records.
- Target Orientation & Resilience – Strong focus on achieving KPIs, handling high-volume outbound calls, and staying motivated in a fast-paced telesales environment.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish (English preferred).
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience in telesales or call center roles is an advantage.
- Good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with HubSpot and basic computer applications.
