We are looking for a Technical Consultant / Presales Engineer with hands-on experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) tools to join our global team. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical expertise with strong communication skills and enjoys working directly with clients to deliver tailored solutions.
You'll collaborate with our sales and technical teams to support the implementation, configuration, and demonstration of SAM solutions, especially ServiceNow SAM Pro, while helping customers understand the business value behind the technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical presales support to the Sales team and partners.
- Implement and configure SAM/ITAM tools , especially ServiceNow SAMPro.
- Translate business needs into tailored technical solutions.
- Design and develop workflows, integrations, and custom configurations.
- Deliver product demos, onboarding, and technical training to clients.
- Assist in RFI/RFP processes and customer documentation.
- Represent Open iT at industry events, webinars, and client presentations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and solution development.
Required Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (both verbal and written)
- Proven experience implementing SAM/ITAM platforms (ServiceNow SAMPro, Flexera, Snow, or similar)
- Strong interest or experience in tool configuration, scripting, or workflow development.
- Analytical mindset with excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Open to candidates located in Mexico or Latin America, with ability to work remotely.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in IT consulting or technical presales roles.
- Proficiency in German is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with integrations and scripting in ServiceNow or similar platforms.
- Experience working in international or B2B environments.
