Purpose of the role:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for blue-collar, technical, and specialist roles. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, collaborate with global Talent Acquisition teams, and contribute to the development of recruitment standards and best practices. This role also involves supporting local HR initiatives, including employer branding and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for blue-collar, technical, and specialist roles (including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, candidate feedback, offer management);
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing guidance and market insights throughout the recruitment process;
- Collaborate closely with global Talent Acquisition teams to ensure consistency, alignment, and knowledge sharing across regions;
- Support the development and implementation of global recruitment standards and best practices;
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor information to provide strategic advice on recruitment methods, salary ranges, and employee incentives, contribute to the development of a comprehensive global recruitment strategy.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in recruiting for blue-collar and mid-level roles;
- Previous experience in a recruitment agency; experience in an internal Talent Acquisition team within a manufacturing environment is a strong asset;
- Fluency in Spanish and a good command of English (spoken and written);
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels;
- Proficiency in recruitment tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, or other ATS) and modern sourcing techniques;
- A proactive, analytical, and collaborative mindset with a strong focus on problem-solving.
