Tasks and Qualifications:
What You Will Do In This Role:
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for both general and specialized positions across manufacturing, engineering, IT, technology, and corporate functions.
- Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies tailored to high-demand skill sets and competitive markets.
- Build and nurture strong pipelines for technical talent including engineering disciplines, software development, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to forecast needs, align on hiring plans, and provide consultative support.
- Drive employer branding initiatives by building relationships with universities, technical institutes, industry networks, and professional communities.
- Ensure compliance with global and local labor regulations, internal controls, and ethical recruitment practices.
- Optimize the use of Workday Recruiting, ensuring accurate tracking, data management, and process efficiency.
- Monitor key recruiting metrics and present actionable insights and reports to leadership.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruiting team to meet evolving business needs while carrying your own requisition load.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of progressive experience in recruitment, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in mass recruitment for manufacturing roles and high-volume specialized recruitment in engineering and IT.
- Solid background working in multinational/global companies, ideally in the manufacturing or technology sector.
- Understanding of employer branding, sourcing channels, and university recruitment strategies.
- Advanced knowledge of Workday Recruiting or similar ATS tools.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset, able to leverage metrics to optimize recruitment strategies and outcomes.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
