We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solution Design Manager at CEVA FM Mexico. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving innovative solution designs that enhance operational efficiencies and meet our clients' diverse needs. Your expertise will not only contribute to the success of projects but will also position you as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring that projects not only meet expectations but exceed them, proactively identifying areas for improvement and striving for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge solution designs tailored to meet the specific requirements of clients across the NORTAM region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and integration of solutions with business objectives. This includes working closely with teams from operations, sales, and IT to deliver cohesive solutions that drive results.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of client needs, translating them into feasible solutions that drive operational excellence while considering scalability and sustainability in design.
- Oversee project management activities within the department, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards, while also implementing best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.
- Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and engagement throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that client feedback is integrated into the design and implementation phases.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements, facilitating continuous improvement in design methodologies, ensuring that CEVA remains at the forefront of logistics and supply chain solutions.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence, encouraging them to pursue professional development opportunities and share knowledge.
About You:
The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset coupled with strong technical expertise in solution design and project management. You should demonstrate:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with an in-depth understanding of solution design principles and project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of translating complex requirements into practical solutions that add value to clients.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing teams and projects, inspiring those around you to achieve their best.
