We are currently searching for a Senior Solution Architect:
Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture and design for CRM implementations using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Coordinate activities across design, coding, testing, and deployment of applications built on Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements.
- Prioritize and evaluate enhancement requests to improve and expand CRM and application capabilities.
- Guide engineers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure timely design, build, and delivery of applications, infrastructure, and middleware components.
- Ensure solution and requirements documentation is clear, accurate, and aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee project rigor in planning, reporting, and delivery of development cycles and small projects.
- Implement best practices for user experience, platform configuration, license management, and business processes.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and developers to ensure solution delivery meets business needs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture and business analysis.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience with CRM implementations from design through deployment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft ecosystem tools (Office 365, Power BI, Azure).
- Proven ability to align technology solutions with business needs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desired
- Experience balancing BAU enhancements with new project initiatives.
- Knowledge of license management and platform governance.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
