DATAMARK, Inc. is seeking a talented and innovative Social Media Marketing Lead to take charge of our social media strategies and elevate our online presence. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement with our target audience in the BPO sector.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices, and excels at creating compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with overall marketing goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with business objectives and enhances brand reputation for DATAMARK, Inc.
- Manage, grow, and engage our social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content—including graphics, videos, and posts—that reflects the company’s voice and values.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on social media performance, providing insights to optimize strategies and improve engagement.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of social media developments and incorporate relevant trends into our strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaign initiatives and ensure strategic alignment.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages to foster community and enhance brand loyalty.
- Support recruitment marketing efforts by showcasing our company culture and employee experiences through social media.
- Conduct social media audits and experiments to test and adapt strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Proficient in social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
- Strong writing and editing skills, with an eye for visuals.
- Experience in creating social media campaigns and evaluating their effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices a plus.
