Job Description
Lead Engineer
- Proficient in C#.NET, VB.NET.
- SQL Server based T-SQL development experience.
- Provide technical leadership to team members, ensuring adherence to coding standards and quality
- Experience on Microsoft .NET Framework and DotNetCore.
- Provide support for SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) packages and help with troubleshooting and maintaining.
- Windows Services, IIS, Thick-Client deployment.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
- Create and maintain application support documentation, including troubleshooting guides, procedures, and process documentation.
- On-call support.
- Strong Communication Skills in English both written and spoken.
- Good knowledge and working experience on Agile.
- Customer Focused.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Experience of leading a team of engineers and providing mentorship in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Must have Skills: SQL Server, C# (Strong).
Nice to have: AWS knowledge (EC2, ALB, API Gateway, Logging Interpretation), NewRelic, VB.Net.
