Here’s what you need to know about this position:
THE WORK
Administer and optimize Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, including user setup, permissions, roles, page layouts, and Lightning UI improvements.
Design and implement scalable Flow automations, validation rules, approval processes, and other declarative solutions to streamline business processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues with a problem-solving mindset, minimizing business disruption.
Partner with developers and IT to support and improve integrations with SAP and other external systems.
Work with stakeholders and manage work intake and backlog using Jira or a similar ticketing tool.
Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring compliance with governor limits and Salesforce best practices.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports; analytics experience (e.g., Einstein/Tableau CRM) is a major plus.
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, translating requirements into solution designs.
NEEDED EXPERTISE
5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Strong expertise in Flow, automation tools, and declarative development.
Experience with SAP or ERP system integrations preferred.
Proficient in platform fundamentals including data modeling, sharing & security, and platform limits.
Excellent problem-solving skills, able to troubleshoot issues across systems.
Knowledge of Salesforce governor limits and order of operations.
Strong communication and documentation skills; comfortable working independently.
Experience with Jira and agile environments.
Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Advanced Admin or App Builder preferred.
Analytics experience a strong plus.
