What You Will Be Doing
We're looking for a detail-driven, highly organized Senior Recruiting Coordinator to be the operational backbone of our global recruiting team. You'll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to deliver a world-class candidate experience while keeping the hiring process running smoothly and efficiently.
What You Will Bring to ChargePoint
Own complex interview scheduling across multiple time zones, departments, and candidate profiles
Serve as a Greenhouse ATS expert—ensuring accurate data entry, leveraging automation features, generating reports, and improving workflow efficiency
Build and maintain recruiting dashboards and reports in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, conditional formatting, charts) to track KPIs and hiring progress
Partner with recruiters to ensure every candidate receives a seamless, white-glove experience from application to offer acceptance
Troubleshoot last-minute changes, tech issues, and scheduling conflicts with speed and professionalism
Support offer letter creation, background checks, and onboarding coordination
Identify process improvements to streamline operations and enhance the recruiter and candidate experience
Requirements
3–5 years of recruiting coordination experience, preferably in high-growth tech environments
Advanced skills in Greenhouse ATS and Microsoft Excel
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to build strong relationships across teams and functions
A proactive, problem-solving mindset that thrives on creating order from complexity
Experience coordinating interviews for multiple recruiters and hiring teams simultaneously
Familiarity with recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GoodTime, Calendly, or Zoom
Passion for candidate experience and employer branding
