What you'll do:
As a Senior People & Culture Business Partner, you will:
- Design and execute people-focused initiatives that align personal and company goals.
- Act as a trusted partner for leaders and teams, supporting growth, well-being, and collaboration.
- Implement and scale processes such as onboarding, performance management, learning programs, and people analytics.
- Drive change management and organizational development initiatives.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in HR/People & Culture roles, preferably in the tech industry.
- Strong skills in organizational development, people analytics, talent management, HR compliance, and project design/management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with HRIS systems and tools.
- A passion for diversity, inclusion, and fostering a healthy workplace culture.
- Empathetic leadership with excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Comfortable working in self-managed, multicultural teams.
Bonus if you have experience in teaching/coaching, change management, and scaling people processes in dynamic environments with diverse stakeholders.
