Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Manage assigned tickets, tasks and projects following directives while being proactive, resourceful, and providing status updates as directed
- Responsible for the IT end-user computing environment
- Oversees the day to day operations in the IT workplace onsite area
- Manage and handle standardized IT managed end point related moves, add and change transactions as well
- Key contact for onsite 2nd level onsite and remote incident management
- Harmonizes the supply chain related to IT Hardware
- IT Hardware End of life cycle of all physical assets and accessories around the IT workplace e.g., notebooks, desktops, displays, headsets.
- Deploy, troubleshoot, and support highly standardized operating systems and hardware including computers, mobile devices, and video conferencing systems
- Manage hardware inventory where strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial
- Adhere to ticket and project deadlines, adjusting prioritization and coordinating appointments with customers where proactive time management is a key responsibility Work as a member of a team in an enterprise level IT organization collaborating with colleagues cross functionally over multiple departments and sites
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-3 years of IT experience.
- Knowledge of Network and IT Standards, concepts & technology.
- Any IT related Certification will be add advantage. Must be able to read, write and speak Spanish & English fluently, including technical concepts and terminology.
