Senior Advisory Specialist - Audit, Risk & Compliance!
In this role, you will be key to our clients' success, offering managed services solutions and ensuring the adoption of our tools. You will work closely with internal and external teams, applying your expertise to guide clients on best practices and optimize their processes.
Work Model: Hybrid in Guadalajara (2 days from home, 3 in office)

What will you do in this role?
- Lead implementation/solution delivery projects, individually or by coordinating a team.
- Provide comprehensive client accompaniment throughout their entire lifecycle and product enablement.
- Collaborate internally with Professional Services, Customer Success, and other areas to ensure client satisfaction.
- Guide clients in solution implementation and project execution using domain, industry, and product knowledge.
- Minimize risks through expert service delivery.
- Perform quality assurance (QA) of work delivered by Advisory I and II specialists.
- Stay updated on domain and product knowledge, developing new areas of specialization.
- Mentor Data Specialists and Advisory Specialists, including being a "buddy" for new hires.
- Support senior management in business development activities: Includes discovery calls, RFP responses, and SOW generation.
What are we looking for in you?
- 2-5 years of experience in a consulting or client-facing role (internal or external).
- A "Customer First" mindset in everything you do, acting with urgency, excellence, and accountability for results and client experience.
- Passion for GRC (governance, audit, compliance, internal controls, information security, ESG, and/or risk management).
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations and lead workshops.
- Ability to effectively engage client personnel in discussions to resolve issues related to GRC requirements and objectives.
- Relevant professional accreditation in GRC (planned, in progress, or obtained), such as CIA, CA, CGA, CMA, CPA, CFE, CISA, CRISC, CISSP, among others.
Desirable Experience and Skills:
- Effective communication of deadlines and expectation management with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Understanding of Adoption Manager (AM) reporting needs for forecasting and budget tracking.
