Role Purpose:
The S&CM In Store Excellence Coordinator plays a critical role in driving retail execution excellence within our markets. This position is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the measurement frameworks that track key in-store performance indicators, ensuring that merchandising and promotional activities align with strategic objectives. The coordinator serves as a key liaison between field teams and internal stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making through comprehensive reporting and insightful analysis in order to to optimize sell out and market share
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining and updating KPI tracking tools to monitor compliance with execution standards such as second display activation, share of shelf, primary exhibition of POS materials, and merchandiser service level (MSL) adherence.
- Regularly analyzing field data to identify opportunities, challenges, and trends, helping to formulate actionable insights that drive sales growth and market share improvements.
- Collaborating closely with Latin America cluster teams to develop and disseminate Trade Stories and Best Practices that enhance in-store excellence across markets.
- Designing and delivering training materials related to in-store execution tools, ensuring consistent knowledge and capability development among field teams.
- Preparing clear, data-driven presentations and reports tailored for marketing, sales, and supply chain management stakeholders to provide transparent visibility into in-store performance.
- Driving content creation for internal communication platforms such as WTS to engage and inform field sales teams with updated strategic and operational information.
- Coordinating with local markets on the implementation and monitoring of Trax KPIs to align digital shelf analytics with broader execution goals.
- Supporting the Top Store program by identifying high-performing stores, capturing best practices, and assisting in the replication of success factors across the network.
- Executing structured immersion visits within retail environments to gather real-time feedback, validate execution standards, and stay abreast of competitor activities and market dynamics.

- Educational Background: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in retail execution, sales coordination, or trade marketing roles, ideally within consumer goods sectors.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data management tools, Excel (advanced level), and familiarity with reporting and visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills in English and Spanish, capable of crafting clear and compelling reports and presentations.
- Analytical Mindset: Experienced in interpreting data, identifying trends, and translating findings into actionable strategies.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in multicultural environments, managing multiple stakeholders across different regions.
