Design, Customizing and implement core functionalities of SAP CS/PM and/or SD Modul in AfterSales Service Area automotive – Also SAP Power User in the named Modules are welcome.
Work on roll-out and implementation of new business applications and functionality within the named SAP Modules
Responsible for successful implementation, including providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients.
Knowledge and experience of technical AfterSales Service processes in SAP mainly: Orders, Notifications, Equipments and functional locations structures (including classifications, Measurement Points, etc.), contracts, maintenance Planning.
Facilitates the gathering of requirements, designing, implementing, and supporting SAP AfterSales Service to enhance the clients’ business functionality and performance.
Participates in meetings and build trust with internal business customers, understand business objectives, and seeks alignment.
Engage with Key Users and Business partners to identify and validate requirements and translate to solution design.
Analyzes and develops functional specifications and communicates to technical developers to develop the required solutions in the most efficient way.
Monitor and present periodic status to stakeholders.
Monitor Risks / Issues and prepare appropriate mitigation plans.
Ensure best practices are followed and required processes and specifications are documented.
Tasks and Qualifications:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or similar field.
5+ years of experience in SAP CS/PM or SD or similar SAP modules is a must.
Experience working in S/4HANA implementation projects.
Strong functional knowledge on the SAP ERP, and overall SAP functional knowledge (integration with other components / modules SD, PM, MM) required.
Good knowledge of principle AfterSales Processes and objects (Orders, Contracts, Equipment and functional location) and their processes behind.
Experience in working with global teams including Cross Business and Processes.
Experience in setting up and maintaining ALE and IDOC Scenarios
Strong communication skills (English required C1/C2).
