About this role
SAP COE Odyssey SAP Analyst will work alongside Digital teams and business to fix, innovate, design, develop, and implement processes in our SAP ERP that meet the requirements of our business units globally. The ability to understand existing processes to optimize or create new processes where none exists, applying design thinking principles, and utilizing existing tools and technologies from design to delivery under mentors are key attributes for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze scope, design, develop, test, and deploy solutions under guidance.
Produce deliverables that meet specifications.
Create process maps, with support and guidance to train end users.
Ability to create rapport with business stakeholders
Interaction with key stakeholders to produce deliverables
Working with cross techno-functional teams within OneCOE
Participating in global project solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in international commerce, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science Engineering or business-related fields
Proficient in English and Spanish (Able to interact in conversations proficiently)
3.0 or higher GPA (80 equivalent for Mexico)
Candidate must be a graduate from Odyssey Program
Preferred Qualifications
Experience or exposure with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Excel, Teams, Zoom, Visio)
Ability to work under guidance/mentor.
Passionate about business processes and process improvement.
