Responsibilities
- Commercial Management and Sales: Visit customers (distributors and farmers) in the assigned area to promote, sell and close commercial agreements, implementing strategies and promotions to achieve sales objectives.
- Commercial Strategies: Execute the action plans defined in the Rovensa Next commercial strategy to maximize market impact.
- Product Positioning: Implement marketing strategies to strengthen the presence of products from the entire Rovensa Next portfolio
- Business Development Activities: Organize field days, manage inventories, invoicing and collections in the assigned area to strengthen customer relationships and improve sales control.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports on KPIs to evaluate performance and the implementation of commercial strategies in the commercial area.
- Expansion and Market Research: Support the opening of new areas, crops and distributors through market analysis and product positioning strategies.
- Training and Persuasion: Train sales teams, design incentives and develop technical projects shared with distributors to strengthen marketing.
- Specialized Technical Support: Advise AAA sales representatives and farmers through nutritional programs, field trials, soil/tissue analysis and remote monitoring technologies.
- Implementation of Rovensa Next Systems: Apply differentiating methodologies such as technical advice, remote monitoring, high density and daily visits to key farmers to generate value and loyalty.
- Agricultural Innovation and Development: Promote new agricultural practices, such as high-density cropping systems and advanced technologies, to improve customers' productivity and profitability.
- Marketing and Commercial Support: Coordinate promotional activities and market strategies with sales representatives to consolidate the presence of products and finalize sales with distributors.
- Sales Closing and Follow-up: Ensure sales closing together with sales representatives, maximizing the capitalization of technical and commercial work to achieve established objectives.
