This position is responsible for development, modernization, and maintenance of parts and service reporting in Canada as well as data analysis in support of achieving our Performance+ goals.
This includes:
- Parts Sales Tracks
- Parts Performance Reports
- Supporting Parts and Service data analytics

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Economic/Business or IT field.
- Excellent English written and verbal skills.
- Ability to communicate (written) in French is a strong asset.
- Strong MS Office skills, excellent MS Excel knowledge and development skills. Experience in Power BI and Alteryx a strong asset.
- Strong analytical skills – ability to understand complex processes, develop insights based on transactional data, and develop process improvements.
- Some knowledge and abilities in Data Management, SQL Query language.
- Ability to work in a team, self-driven, and follow an own an issue through resolution mindset working, in a Hybrid workplace environment. Strong organizational, time management, decision making and problem-solving skills

Primary Parts and Service Reporting
Parts Sales Tracks, Parts Performance Reports:
- Responsible for monthly set up of report, maintenance and troubleshooting, and development of new Power BI report designed to modernize performance management
Supporting Parts and Service data analytics:
- Providing field level reporting as required in addition to reporting to support ongoing and new parts and service program objectives
Modernizing Parts and Service Reporting:
- Utilizing Power BI and Alteryx to develop new reporting within the Power Platform to support field and internal teams to reach Performance+ objectives
