What You'll Be Doing:

• Research REACH and RoHS for customer BOMs by component level.
• Assist in research and documentation of these items within customer portals.
• Assist customers in their certification processes in concert with the Solutions Architect and NRTL Engineers.
• Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes.

What We Are Looking For:

• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; must be fluent in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage projects.
• Proactively conducts thorough research and drives the research process to achieve project goals.

Work Arrangement

• Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home
