Responsible for developing the Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety strategy, policies, processes, standards, and systems for Panasonic
Key Responsibilities:
- Sustain the Quality Management System in line with the required industry standards (IATF16949, ISO14001 / ISO 45001 / OSHA / ISO26262, ISO27001, ESD 20:20, other as required
- Manage the Audit program
- Embed a culture of continuous improvement throughout the company.
- Lead the team to achieve Quality / EHS Management System and targets for customers and business goals.
Qualifications and Experience Levels:
- Manufacturing/engineering degree is preferred, Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering
- Significant experience in a high-volume manufacturing automotive environment,
- Strong knowledge of the latest Automotive tools and techniques
- Automotive Quality Management System Auditing experience and
managing audit schedule.
- A detailed understanding of TS16949, ISO14001 / ISO 9001 / OHAS
- Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing skills
- Experience of dealing with customers, suppliers, contractors
