The analysis provided by PVT Quality Analysts helps teams identify priorities, potential gaps, and emerging trends, enabling them to make data-driven decisions and take proactive measures to improve quality and reduce costs. We support warranty avoidance initiatives by using early warranty data to identify trends and forecasting upcoming spikes.
In addition, this team is a generator of quality best practices, process improvements and standardization. Driving innovation with the use dashboards and automation of manual processes.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Data Analytics, other applicable fields.
- Ability to respond and prioritize dynamic workload demands from different sources and collaborate with offsite teams
- 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel (pivots) and databases
- 1+ year of experience in Early Concern Binning, Product Development, Warranty and/or Product Field Analysis preferred.
- Data logging and book-keeping skills, ability to manage/own multiple sources of information and cascade to appropriate team(s).
- Understanding of vehicle architectures and components.
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and general program management familiarity: Project timing and planning to meet business objectives.
- Strong Organization and Writing Skills
Quality Analysts support PVT for assigned plant/program by providing in-depth quality analysis of quality metrics related to warranty, cost, NPS and IQS.

- FTR charts (R/1000 and CPU)

- Quality flash
- Target distribution
PVT Quality Analyst are also responsible for managing and distributing weekly QPST agenda.
