QA MANUAL TESTER (Hybrid, Polanco CDMX)

YOUR ROLE
- Perform requirement analysis, understand functional details, design and execute test cases for the respective feature/platform
- Identify, log, and track software defects using tools like JIRA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Conduct e2e regression, functional and integration testing across devices/platforms and products.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.
YOUR PROFILE
- Advanced conversational English skills (C1, C2)
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer or related.
- 3-7 years of QA experience
- Experience in POS, retail or digital platforms (preferably)
- Knowledge on Testing Life' Cycle and methodologies
- Knowledge of APIs and Postman tool
- Proficient in QA tools and test documentation
