INFORMATION:
•Supervise and lead your team, and coordinating needs with other departments (Quality inspector, ME, Supply chain etc…)
•Update if needed, detailed schedule planning with lead time and numbers of people for ensure must allow to monitored production performance (Ratio, OTD)
•Generating and monitoring production line KPI
•Explaining and validating planning and KPI with his team (SQCDA)•Dispatching Kitting and job cards to his team in accordance with production planning and supervisor guidance (can be supported by his team leaders)
•Checking that production objectives are reached (Quality, OTD, Ratios)
•Checking respect, maintenance, and cleanliness of workplaces, tools, and tooling’s allocated to his team ensuring security of his team ensure compliance with internal regulations
QUALIFICATIONS
& SKILLS
•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, experience of at least 3 years in a similar position
•Functional: Customer orientation, planning, emotion management, communication•Self-development: Teamwork, flexibility & focus on results.
•Behavior: Productivity, initiative and responsibility
•Advanced english level
•Leadership skills
•Management of Microsoft office, excel
•Meticulous, motivated, organized, good relationship
