Role Overview
Manage the resources of the production process in an efficient manner and ensure compliance with work systems, methods and procedures as well as the strategic objectives of the business.
Work Environment: This role is based in Queretaro, Mexico, On site, production floor.
Key Responsibilities
· Ensure compliance with the production schedule.
· Promote a culture of safety with the personnel in charge and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene policies within the organization. (Specific monitoring is not currently done)
· Encourage and promote continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
· Identify training needs of the personnel in their charge.
· Ensure and promote attendance at training for the development of its personnel in charge.
· Promote, monitor and ensure the follow-up of the development of certification skills of the personnel under their charge.
· Manage the resources in their charge and support efficiently and effectively for the fulfillment of the company's objectives.
· Participate in the interview process for the selection of personnel.
· Comply with and enforce the provisions of the Internal Labor Regulations.
· Provide support for risk analyses of the production areas to be carried out.
· Ensure the execution of self-employed maintenance.
· Ensure compliance with the procedures, policies and objectives established in the quality, environmental, safety, customer requirements, legal and organizational compliance management system.
· Actively collaborate with the Quality area for the analysis of problems and identification of root causes and the execution of corrective and preventive actions.

1. Schooling required: Engineering/Mechanical or related (Truncated or finished)
2. 2 to 3 years of experience in personnel management and knowledge of manufacturing processes.
