Performance & Development Coordinator
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and monitor a sales and customer service team’s daily performance.
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to enhance sales and service skills.
- Deliver daily feedback and one-on-one coaching to meet KPIs.
- Track productivity, attendance, and service quality.
- Implement strategies to meet and exceed sales, service, and retention goals.
- Act as a liaison between management and agents, ensuring clear, goal-oriented communication.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience leading teams in call centers (sales, customer service, or tech support).
- Advanced English (spoken and written).
- Skilled in coaching and team development.
- Results-driven and metric-focused.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
