Title: Facilities Coordinator
Location : Guadalajara, Jalisco.
A fast-growing startup is seeking a highly organized and proactive Facilities Coordinator to join their team and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operations across their coworking locations. This role involves managing infrastructure, coordinating maintenance and construction activities, and supporting the optimization of workspaces to deliver exceptional experiences to members and visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Maintenance & repairs: Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for all systems and facilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and finishes. Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
- Vendor management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with service providers. Manage selection, negotiation, and performance tracking to ensure quality delivery throughout project and maintenance lifecycles.
- Facility improvement & expansion: Supervise construction and reconfiguration projects from planning to execution. Identify improvement opportunities to enhance aesthetics, functionality, and user experience across locations.
Key skills
- Technical knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and architectural finishes, with experience in project planning tools like AutoCAD or Procore.
- Project coordination: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and vendors with attention to detail and quality standards.
- Communication & problem solving: Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive mindset, and ability to resolve operational challenges efficiently while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Pay: $22,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month
