Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Be implementing , administering , and troubleshooting both active and passive network infrastructure.
- Provide technical support to provision, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and configuration issues related to LAN , WLAN , WAN , NAC , and Firewalls .
- Handle day-to-day operational tasks , such as resolving incident tickets and processing change requests.
- Perform preventive maintenance and optimize the performance of the network infrastructure.
- Document operational processes and procedures to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Liaise with application teams on various projects and to meet other system support needs.
- Participate in projects and assist with new system setups as required.
- Provide on-call support as part of the team’s rotation.
- Work in a global virtual team, collaborating across regions and time zones.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Network equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1-3 years of network experience.
- Knowledge of Network and IT Standards, concepts & technology.
- CCNA or CCNP Certification will be add advantage.
- Must be able to read, write and speak Spanish & English fluently, including technical concepts and terminology.
