Network Operations Specialist
We are seeking a Network Operations Specialist to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Network Operations Specialist at Marsh, you will be performing routine (preventative) maintenance to maintain efficient and reliable services, as well as supplementing our global NOC when troubleshooting challenging network problems.
We will count on you to:
- Back-end systems implementation and Support
- Technical lead and/or project manager for small to mid-size projects
- Analyze trends, perform root cause analysis
- Communications to team and the business
- Tech Services, advanced training
- Escalation Support
- Backup Help Desk and Local Support as needed
- Continued learning and elevation of skills
- Technology asset management
What you need to have:
- 5 years of experience in technical Network roles or related Sceurity roles in a large Corporate Enterprise Environment.
- Experience with Palo Alto Firewall and Zscaler
- Cisco Networking experience, with particular interest in the Certifications CCNA.
- Cabling & Termination Systems: Cat-5/Cat6 Ethernet, OM3 Multi-Mode Fiber, or Media Converters & NIDs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Level of English is a Must
