Descripción del empleo
1.Follow up on the IPN in OEE indicators, plant capacities, lessons learned and quality complaints in the area in
order to ensure implementation in manufacturing processes.
2.Coordinate validation of processes, ensuring their function according to established specifications and times.
3.Analyze component consumption for product manufacturing.
4.Create lists of critical spare parts for replenishment.
5.Plan, review and execute tests for process updates according to product requirements.
6.Supervise and follow up on new product programs, release or relocation of new lines based on QG'S processes
(CDQ0304 Quality Gates, GS0550) or APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) in order to comply with production
in accordance with customer requirements.
7.Design new processes for projects in accordance with increased production capacity, AMEF and control plan in
order to improve process flow in accordance with the specifications required in the PPAP (Production Part Approval
Process) provided by QMM.
8.Supervise internal test runs in order to achieve the release of processes, machinery and equipment in accordance
with the emerging needs of the plant or client.
9.Develop processes in order to ensure and simplify compliance with quality and productivity at a lower cost than
current.
10.Plan the distribution of the VSL production area in conjunction with the HCM department according to the
requirements of the business unit, in order to meet product quality and customer demand.
11.Promote safety, health, environmental protection and improved energy performance in accordance with ISO
14001/ ISO 45001/ ISO 50001 standards in their current versions, as well as compliance with CD03800 and
applicable standards.
