JOB DESCRIPTION:
As the Marketing Design Coordinator at Sun Coast Sciences, you’ll be in the middle of the action — taking existing webpages and creative assets, setting them up in Figma, and making them easy for our marketers to customize on their own. You’ll help maintain momentum by organizing, refining, and preparing assets so our campaigns can move from idea to live as quickly as possible.
If you can take existing webpages, break them down into clean, well-organized Figma files, and make them ready for marketers to tweak and launch — this is your role. You don’t need to be a Figma expert (yet), but you do need a keen design sense, strong organizational skills, and a drive to help your team win.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Import and adapt existing landing pages into Figma for easy editing by the marketing team.
Tweak layouts, swap images, and adjust elements to prepare assets for campaigns.
Organize, label, and maintain design files for fast team access.
Work directly with marketing and the development teams to translate concepts into high-performing creatives.
Maintain visual and brand consistency across multiple offers and campaigns.
Jump in wherever needed to help the team hit deadlines and win campaigns.
REQUIREMENTS:
Sharp eye for detail and design — you know when something “just works.”
Comfortable learning and working in Figma (experience is a plus).
Understanding of landing page flow and digital marketing basics.
Have processes that give you the ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality.
Clear communicator who can collaborate with multiple team members at once.
Strong organizational skills to keep assets and files easy to use.
Team-first mindset: you win when the team wins, and you help others win too.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $112.00 - $150.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
