The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the production team. This role ensures that manufacturing processes run efficiently, meet quality standards, and are completed on time within budget. The Production Manager will work closely with various departments, including quality control, maintenance, and logistics, to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in production management, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Previous experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is an asset.
Proven ability to manage and lead teams in a fast-paced production environment.
Strong knowledge of production processes and quality standards.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
