Job Title: Logistics Sales Executive

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Logistics Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll lead the charge in identifying and developing new business opportunities, while managing and nurturing both new and existing client accounts. If you thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and have a passion for logistics and sales, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell Freight Forwarding and Contract Logistics services to new and existing clients.
- Actively prospect daily through cold-calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, attend industry trade shows and conferences.
- Prepare and present proposals tailored to client needs and market conditions.
- Develop and execute account strategies to grow revenue.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date account plans, SOPs and customer records.
- Monitor and report KPIs to both management and clients, ensuring service satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of successful proven sales experience in Freight Forwarding and Contract Logistics.
- Self-motivated, with strong initiative and a drive to take on additional responsibilities.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications.
- Must be based in San Luis Potosí, León, or Guadalajara.
