The Opportunity – Route Engineering Analyst
We are looking for a Commercial Associate Analyst to join our Route Planning team and drive growth through smart, data-driven logistics solutions. This role plays a critical part in enabling efficient and scalable operations by designing, refining, and implementing route engineering strategies using cutting-edge technology and cross-functional collaboration.
What You’ll Do
As a Route Engineering Analyst, you will:
Lead the execution of routing solutions using Territory Planner, based on service requests from Business Units (BUs) via Route Design Managers.
Apply the Gold Standard Route Engineering Process to ensure high-quality and consistent output.
Continuously refine and adjust routing solutions based on real-world performance feedback, collaborating closely with Project Managers and Field Teams.
Partner with Route Planning Coordinators to build reports and track performance of implemented solutions.
Contribute to the continuous improvement and rollout of strategic routing initiatives across the region.
Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met for all assigned projects.
Collaborate with fellow Route Engineers to address technical challenges and share best practices.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
Professional fluency in English.
Proficiency in tools such as:
Territory Planner, SharePoint, MS Access, MS Excel (intermediate to advanced), PowerPoint, Acrobat.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and project follow-up skills.
Experience managing and training team members is a plus.
