The DC Manufacturing Engineering team is looking for a Deployment Program Manager
Please consider this is a Temporary position (2 years).
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Create and distribute allocation instructions to suppliers.
- MDP Systems Management: Plan and administer MDP systems.
- Invoice Resolution: Address any invoice issues with suppliers or the Intel accounts payable department.
- Order Management: Manage orders across various Intel systems.
- Supplier Communication: Serve as the single point of contact with suppliers for purchase order topics.
- Logistics Coordination: Follow up on customer order shipments.
- Billing Reports: Generate and track billing reports.
- Shipment Data Management: Upload shipment serial numbers into different Intel systems.
- Deployment Tools Update: Update shipment information on deployment tools.
- Program Costing: Update program costing data.
- Customer Communication: Execute shipment communication with customers.
- Model Record Requests: Create model record requests in Intel systems.

Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications, you must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position:
- BS degree in Administration areas or Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience working in Supply Chain roles such as Master program scheduler, buyer, purchasing or related.
- Intermediate to advanced English level.
The position is in Mexico; it is not eligible for employment-based visa/immigration sponsorship.
Must have unrestricted - permanent right to work in Mexico.
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates:
- Program Management experience.
- Working with manufacturing suppliers on electronic design is desirable (ODMs/CMs).
- Technology industry experience.
