About This Role:
Were hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Control Manager (NetSuite) to join one of our fast-scaling e-commerce clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-SKU, global inventory environment and has deep NetSuite expertise. Youll serve as the inventory control tower, ensuring accuracy across systems, improving workflows, and partnering across Finance, Ops, and Tech to drive inventory accuracy above 98%.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain item master data, bin locations, and lot/serial tracking in NetSuite
Reconcile inventory movement across locations and resolve stock discrepancies
Monitor aged inventory and implement accuracy-improvement initiatives
Oversee and optimize all inventory transactions (RMAs, transfer orders, receipts, etc.)
Align operations and accounting to ensure reconciled inventory values
Utilize NetSuite Advanced Inventory, WMS, and SuiteAnalytics
Collaborate on automation initiatives and process standardization
Prepare regular inventory reports and dashboards
Assist in inventory audits and compliance processes
Support quarterly planning and cycle count processes
Software/Platforms/Tools:
NetSuite (Advanced Inventory, WMS, Demand Planning)
SuiteAnalytics
Google Workspace
Excel or similar tools for reporting
Qualifications:
3-5 years of freelancing experience
5+ years of inventory management experience using NetSuite
Proven success in multi-location, high-volume inventory environments
Deep knowledge of NetSuite inventory workflows and reconciliation
Experience maintaining inventory accuracy above 98%
A background in consumer goods, apparel, or retail is preferred
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and process mindset
Excellent written and verbal English communication (C1/C2 level)

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM US PST
