Sync Talent is seeking an Integration Consultant for its Belgian client, OMP, a global leader in digitized supply chain planning. OMP helps the world’s largest companies solve complex supply chain challenges through its Unison Planning™ software, which integrates advanced intelligence to enable fast and informed decision-making. Serving industries such as life sciences, consumer goods, chemicals, and packaging, OMP delivers innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, collaboration, and sustainability across global supply networks.
Role Overview:
As an Integration Consultant at OMP, you will focus on the technical analysis and implementation of integration solutions that connect OMP’s Unison Planning™ software with enterprise systems, mainly SAP. You will design, build, and test integration workflows, scripts, and data mappings, working closely with integration architects and delivery teams to ensure seamless integrations for global clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement integration workflows.
- Write integration scripts and develop specifications.
- Execute data mapping, modeling, and loading.
- Perform testing and troubleshooting of integration solutions.
- Collaborate closely with client IT teams and OMP delivery teams to ensure successful integrations.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
- 1–3 years of experience in systems integration, troubleshooting, or support.
- Solid IT background with hands-on experience in building complex integrations.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of SAP (PP, MM) and experience with enterprise system integrations (SAP, Blue Yonder, etc.).
- Familiarity with communication protocols for SAP (BAPI/RFC), databases, and files.
- Experience with web services technologies such as HTTP, SOAP, and REST (API-based integrations).
- Experience with middleware (SAP PO, SAP PI), ETL tools, and programming languages such as SQL, R, Python, or JavaScript.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results.
Languages:
- Fluent English is required (Spanish preferred for local communication).
Logistics & Onboarding
- Location: Mexico City, hybrid work model.
- Onboarding: 6 weeks in Atlanta, followed by training in Mexico City.
- Travel: Occasional, depending on project requirements.
