We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to join our freight forwarding team. This role is responsible for generating and developing new business, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and providing timely, accurate quotations and follow-ups to maximize sales opportunities. The position involves close coordination with operations, customer service, and overseas partners to ensure excellent service delivery. English proficiency level: B1 Key Responsibilities: Sales Development Identify and qualify new sales leads through research, cold calling, and networking. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and prepare competitive quotations for air, sea, and road freight services. Proactively follow up on quotations to convert leads into confirmed bookings. Customer Relationship Management Maintain regular communication with existing customers to understand their logistics needs. Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and upselling of value-added services. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. Coordination & Support Liaise with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment handling. Coordinate with overseas agents and carriers to obtain rates, schedules, and service information. Monitor and track shipments to keep customers informed. Market Intelligence & Reporting Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports for management review. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales (inside or outside sales). Strong understanding of air, sea, and/or road freight services. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
