POSITION OBJECTIVE
Provide comprehensive support to the commercial process by ensuring proper management of the complete order cycle, from quotation to delivery, through the analysis of specifications, preparation of cost estimates, and timely attention to customer needs. Ensure efficient and professional customer service by proactively resolving inquiries and issues, while keeping ERP systems updated with accurate information on orders, quotations, and sales reports. Contribute to the company’s commercial strategy by coordinating with the sales team, preparing competitive proposals and bids, analyzing historical and market data, and ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards, thereby consolidating strong and trustworthy relationships with clients.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
- Prepares cost estimates by analyzing bids, lettings, specifications and requirements.
- Identify the customer's needs and respond to incoming inquiries over the telephone and/or email including but not limited to product information, pricing, production lead times dates and any anticipated delays.
- Generate quotes and update sales opportunities into ERP system including reviewing of customer specifications and BOMs.
- Process new orders, change orders, credits and returns into ERP system.
- Expedite and update sales order shipping dates in ERP system by monitoring production and purchasing reports.
- Oversees the entire life cycle of a customer's order from order entry to shipping and delivery of the order.
- Handle customer complaints and provide problem resolution to the client and corrective actions when errors occur.
- Provide order status to clients on an as-needed basis.
- Research and provide historical sales data reports.
- Prepare weekly sales, backlog and pipeline reports.
- Collect and prepare cost analysis data for various product lines to ensure our commercial strategies are aligned with the current market.Coordinates, prepares and submits complex bid responses.
- Assists with collecting payments for outstanding invoices.
- Performs other duties as required and assigned by management.
- Support Sales with overall sales strategy by partnering with the Sales Team on existing and new accounts.
- Serve as the “face” of Aramco Imports Inc by responding to customer inquiries, needs, and complaints.
REQUIRED PROFILE
Schooling: Bachelor's Degree (Graduate).
Experience: More than 2 years in inside sales or customer service (preferably in B2B environments).
Languages: Spanish/English.
Hard skills:
- Microsoft office intermediate. (Advanced excel).
- SAP (Or other ERP).
